Acceptance of terms
By creating an account, depositing, playing or using a promotion, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms, the Privacy Policy, AML/KYC Policy, Cookie Policy and applicable bonus rules.
If you do not accept these documents, you must stop using the service.
Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old or the higher legal age that applies in your jurisdiction.
- You are responsible for checking that using CEPAT89 is legal where you live or connect from.
- Access may be refused, suspended or geo-blocked when law, compliance duties or internal risk decisions require it.
Player account
- Only one account is allowed per person, household, address, device or payment method where needed to prevent abuse.
- Your credentials must remain confidential. Activity from your account may be treated as your activity.
- Information supplied to us must be accurate, current and consistent with verification documents.
KYC verification
CEPAT89 may request ID, proof of address, payment-method evidence, source-of-funds evidence or any reasonably necessary information for security, fraud prevention, AML/CFT and responsible gaming.
Withdrawals may be blocked or delayed until the required verification is complete.
Deposits, withdrawals and balance
- The configured minimum deposit is EUR 10 and the configured maximum deposit is EUR 10,000, subject to account limits and KYC checks.
- The minimum withdrawal is EUR 20. A withdrawal request may be rejected if funds are insufficient, the destination is invalid or KYC is not approved.
- Crypto deposits must be sent on the correct network. A transaction sent to the wrong address or wrong network may be irreversible.
- Network fees, exchange-rate changes, blockchain confirmations and banking delays may affect processing.
Games, results and errors
Game results are determined by the connected providers, aggregators or game engines. Incomplete, cancelled, duplicated or technically inconsistent rounds may be corrected or voided after review.
In case of an obvious display, pricing, credit, debit or configuration error, CEPAT89 may correct the balance or cancel the affected operation.
Promotions and bonuses
Each promotion may have specific terms such as minimum deposit, validity period, game contribution, maximum bet, withdrawal cap, usage limit or VIP criteria.
If terms conflict, the promotion-specific terms take priority over the general bonus terms.
Prohibited conduct
- Multiple accounts, impersonation or attempts to bypass restrictions.
- Bots, scripts, abusive VPN use, technical exploits, collusion or bug exploitation.
- Money laundering, illicit finance, payment fraud, abusive chargebacks or use of third-party funds.
- Selling, transferring or sharing accounts.
Restrictions and responsible gaming
An account may be limited, suspended or closed because of excessive-gambling risk, self-exclusion, a break request, suspected underage use, compliance review or breach of these terms.
Complaints and contact
For any question about a transaction, game, bonus or document, contact support with your account email, date, amount and useful references.
Service operator
These terms are entered into between you and Aquila Ltd, a company established in Autonomous Island of Anjouan, Union of Comoros, with its registered office at 15873 Hamchako, Mutsamudu, Autonomous Island of Anjouan, Union of Comoros.
Account integrity
- The account must be used only by the person who created it. Sharing, selling, lending or transferring an account is prohibited.
- Registration, payment and verification information must remain accurate. CEPAT89 may request updated information if an inconsistency is detected.
- Deposited funds must belong to the account holder. Deposits, withdrawals or documents connected to a third party may be refused or reviewed more strictly.
- Players must not attempt to bypass limits, self-exclusion, geo-blocking, bonus rules or compliance decisions.
Withdrawal review
Withdrawals may be checked before approval: identity, address, payment method, gameplay, bonus activity, destination of funds, source of funds and AML/KYC consistency. These checks protect the player, the platform and compliance obligations.
Any processing time shown or given by support is an estimate. Blockchain networks, banks, manual reviews, document requests and account inconsistencies can extend processing time.

For a complaint, contact [email protected] with the account email, subject, date, amount, transaction reference, game name or any useful screenshot. Complete requests are handled faster than messages without context.
We may ask for more information before giving a final answer. Decisions on bonuses, withdrawals, accounts or game sessions rely on available technical, financial and security logs.
Availability and changes
- CEPAT89 may change, suspend or remove a feature, game, promotion, currency or payment method due to maintenance, security risk, compliance obligation, obvious error or supplier decision.
- Games may be unavailable depending on country, provider, maintenance, demo or real mode, or restrictions applying to the account.
- Any attempt to exploit a bug, display error or configuration issue may lead to cancellation of the affected winnings.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of Autonomous Island of Anjouan, Union of Comoros. Any dispute about their interpretation, performance or termination falls within the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at the registered office of Aquila Ltd, subject to mandatory consumer-protection rules applicable in the player's country of residence.
Where the player's local law grants non-waivable rights (consumer, data protection, responsible gaming, age restrictions), those rights prevail over any conflicting clause in these terms.
Inactive and dormant accounts
An account is considered inactive after twelve consecutive months without login, deposit, withdrawal or real-money wager. A warning email is sent to the registered address before any management measure is applied.
Where law permits, a reasonable account-maintenance fee may be applied to the remaining balance of an inactive account, capped by the available balance. A reactivation request can be sent to [email protected] at any time and may require renewed KYC checks.
Force majeure
CEPAT89 cannot be held liable for any delay, unavailability or non-performance caused by a force majeure event: major internet outage, game or payment provider failure, blockchain network incident, cyber attack, natural disaster, armed conflict, decision of a public authority or any other event reasonably beyond its control.
During the event, performance deadlines are suspended. If the impediment lasts longer than thirty days, either party may terminate the account at no cost, with the player's net balance payable subject to applicable KYC/AML controls.
Limitation of liability
- CEPAT89 provides the service on an "as is" basis and does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, full absence of error or fitness for a particular purpose.
- To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the liability of Aquila Ltd is capped at the net amount actually deposited by the player during the twelve months preceding the triggering event, less withdrawals.
- Indirect, immaterial, consequential damages, lost chances, expected winnings, reputational harm or inconvenience related to the use of the service are excluded, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
- Nothing in these terms aims to exclude any liability that cannot be lawfully limited (fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence, breach of safe custody of player funds).
Complaints procedure and dispute resolution
Any complaint must first be addressed to support at [email protected] with the facts and useful references. CEPAT89 commits to a reasoned first response within fifteen business days and to a final response within a maximum of eight weeks from receipt of the complete file.
