Crypto deposits
The cashier may offer Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, Tron, Solana and USDT on TRC-20 or ERC-20. The list visible in the account depends on the networks configured in production.
- Configured minimum deposit: EUR 10.
- Configured maximum deposit: EUR 10,000.
- The EUR amount credited depends on the rate and information confirmed by the payment provider.
- A deposit address is temporary: use the address shown for the current session.
Withdrawals
- Minimum withdrawal: EUR 20.
- Crypto and bank withdrawals may be available from the account.
- Approved KYC is required before withdrawal.
- Requests are reviewed by the admin team before approval, rejection or sending.
- The destination must belong to the player and be entered correctly.
Mistakes to avoid
- Never send USDT ERC-20 to a TRC-20 address, or the other way around. A wrong-network transfer is usually unrecoverable.
- Double-check the address character by character before sending; copy and paste rather than typing manually.
- Do not use a third-party payment method. The wallet or card must belong to the account holder.
- Keep the transaction hash (TXID) or reference for any support request involving a deposit or withdrawal.
Timelines
Deposits depend on blockchain confirmations. As a rough indication, expect around 10 minutes for Bitcoin, 3 minutes for Ethereum and roughly 1 minute for Tron, Solana or Litecoin once the network has propagated the transaction. Network congestion or low fees can extend these times.
Withdrawals are first reviewed internally for balance, KYC/AML and destination checks; once approved, the time to receive funds depends on the chosen crypto network or, for bank transfers, on the receiving bank.
Payment method ownership
Deposits and withdrawals must use payment methods belonging to the account holder. Funds sent by a third party, a card not owned by the player, a shared wallet or an inconsistent destination may lead to enhanced verification.
For crypto, the player must check address, network and currency before confirming. A network error can make funds unrecoverable.
Processing and evidence
- Keep the TXID, blockchain hash, confirmation screenshot or bank reference.
- Do not reuse an expired address if the cashier says an address is temporary.
- Network fees, exchange-rate changes and blockchain confirmations are not controlled by CEPAT89.
- A request may be delayed if the account has KYC inconsistency, an active bonus, disputed balance or destination requiring review.
